Jennifer joined Evenson Sanderson part-time in September 2017. She focuses her time on research and drafting. Jennifer also assists the Supreme Court and State Bar Association of North Dakota by staffing numerous committees, which she has done for the last 10 years. Jennifer has a bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness and Applied Economics from North Dakota State University. She graduated With Distinction from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2004, where she was named to the Order of the Coif. Following law school, Jennifer clerked for the Honorable Carol Ronning Kapsner of the North Dakota Supreme Court for one year, then spent 1 ½ years at Zuger Kirmis & Smith focusing primarily on business and estate planning. Jennifer is a member of the State Bar Association of North Dakota and the American Agricultural Law Association.
Jennifer and her husband farm and ranch near Carson with their 4 children. In their spare time, they enjoy camping, hiking and attending NDSU football games.
